IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT AUDITIONS
Auditions are an important part of the theater experience. Performers registered for our Junior Players can audition for parts during the first week of the program. We will be teaching good audition techniques as part of the program, however, auditions will be held in a non-stressful, supportive and fun environment towards the end of the
first week. We encourage all members to audition for the experience, but auditioning for a part is voluntary.
All performers will be cast in the show!

This program begins with improvisation and basic audition techniques. Students also work on tools for overcoming inhibitions and audition anxiety, as well as releasing the students’ creativity as performers. Students may then audition for a singing or speaking role. Auditions are voluntary.
(see note regarding auditions)

The program continues with rehearsals involving singing, acting and dance experience for all participants culminating in a small, staged musical!
